Sarah is a member of the Family Law Department and is a Resolution member. She is an experienced family Solicitor and undertakes both privately paying and publicly funded work, specialising in divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation and the financial issues associated with the breakdown of a relationship. She advises unmarried couples, including drafting cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.
Sarah has represented parents and grandparents in Children Act proceedings regarding disputes in respect of where a child should live and with whom a child should spend time. She is also experienced in working with domestic abuse cases.
Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, having undertaken her training contract at a firm in Oxford. She became a Partner at Scott Richards in April 2018. Before joining Scott Richards, Sarah practiced at a law firm in Plymouth.
Sarah enjoys most sports, music, film and spending time with her family and friends.
