Lasting Powers of Attorney

To guarantee you have the people you choose to look after your affairs if you were unable to do so yourself, it is crucial that a Power of Attorney is prepared, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Some advance planning now can avoid worry later and ensure that if the worst happens, you have people you have chosen in place ready to help. A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to set out who you want in charge of your affairs.  It also sets boundaries for their powers and actions. By choosing the right person – though they do not have to be a family member, simply someone who you trust – you take control of your future, no matter what it holds.

This is a difficult situation for anyone to face, so our experience, sensitivity and understanding makes a real difference. We make sure the process is simple and straightforward, and you’ll have peace of mind because you have taken control of your future.
